Level 1: Essential Compliance - Tax return filing with strategic insights post-filing
- Not just your standard tax form filing. After preparing your tax returns we provide you with a strategic analysis of your situation highlighting key areas from the return we just filed. We also provide you with insights about opportunities for future years.
- Level 1 is best for people who just want us to prepare their annual tax returns and that is it. No consulting throughout the year is provided here
- Prepare your annual tax returns including but not limited to: Individual Tax Return (Form 1040), Partnership Tax Return (Form 1065), S Corporation Tax Return (Form 1120S), C Corporation Tax Return (Form 1120), Trust Tax Return (Form 1041), Etc.
Level 2: Annual Strategy & Check in - Includes 1-2 planning calls
- Includes everything in Level 1, plus 1-2 tax planning/strategy calls throughout the year
- In the 1-2 calls per year, we can discuss anything related to your situation and all of the questions you may have. This can include questions like: How does this effect my taxes? Should I elect S Corporation status? How will rental real estate effect me? How much will I owe in taxes because of this? How much do I owe in taxes right now? Is there anything we can do to lower my tax bill? What happens if I hire an employee? And just about any question that comes to mind
- We can also provide you with forecasts of your current year tax bill & provide you with strategies to optimize your situation
- Level 2 is best for people who need their annual tax returns prepared and also want to touch base one or two times per year
Level 3: Year-Round Partner - Unlimited, on-demand tax strategy, after tax cash flow forecasting, audit defense, bookkeeping support & QuickBooks training
- Includes everything in Level 2 except you have unlimited access to us all year around with no hourly rate!
- Level 3 is where we become the "accountant in your back pocket". Here we are available to you all year around for anything you need. Have a question? Give us a call! We can estimate your current & future tax liabilities, provide you with tax strategies on ways to optimize your cash flow, prepare you for an IRS audit, assist you with an IRS audit, train you in bookkeeping & QuickBooks plus more!
